Responsibilities:

- Provide a welcoming experience for guests and team members

- Deliver exceptional guest service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly

- Maintain a clean and organised store environment, adhering to health and safety standards

- Execute food and beverage processes, including replenishment, inventory management, and presentation

- Support team efforts and assist peers in other areas

- Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience

- Uphold and maintain the execution of Food & Beverage Standards

- Follow all Target and Starbucks routines to deliver a consistent experience for guests

- Complete all required training requirements and certifications related to quality control of Starbucks products

Requirements:

- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required

- Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members

- Ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment

- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes

- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
