## Description

We are seeking top-performing, ambitious interns to join our team in Central Content and Production. As an intern, you will support research and ideation for new content formats, contribute to pre-production planning, create event guides, provide on-site production support, assist with broadcast and post-production, and help manage post-event deliverables.

Responsibilities:

- Support research and ideation for new content formats

- Contribute to pre-production planning and coordination

- Create clear and structured event guides

- Provide on-site production support as needed

- Assist with broadcast and post-production activities

- Help manage post-event deliverables and coordination

Requirements:

- Advanced undergraduate students, post-graduate students, or recent graduates (Bachelor/Master degree)

- Fluent in written and spoken English; any additional language is an advantage

- Prior exposure to production (e.g., runner roles, internships, or education in media, film, or TV) is beneficial

- Strong interest in content production, especially live formats

- Organisational skills and ability to maintain clear documentation

- Problem-solving mindset

- Confident communication skills

- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams and stakeholders

- High learning agility and willingness to quickly adopt new tools and methodologies

- Basic digital skills; experience with editing and AI tools is a plus

- Highly structured, dependable work approach with strong attention to detail
