## Description

We are seeking an experienced Chief Engineer Racing Engine to lead an international high-performance engine development project.

**Responsibilities:**

- Overall technical responsibility for a motorsport engine development project

- Technical leadership and coordination of Design, Application, and Assembly teams

- Definition of technical requirements, development targets, and validation activities

- Coordination of technical decisions, design reviews, and problem-solving activities

- Management of technical risks, changes, and interfaces

- Technical communication with customers, suppliers, and international development partners

- Ensuring performance, reliability, quality, and timely technical delivery

**Profile:**

- University degree in Combustion Engines, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a comparable field

- At least 10 years of experience in automotive engine or powertrain development

- Strong knowledge of internal combustion engines and engine development processes

- Experience in technical leadership and interdisciplinary team coordination

- Motorsport or high-performance engine experience is a strong advantage

- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style

- Good communication and decision-making skills

- Very good Czech, English, and German language skills

- Willingness to travel internationally
