## Description

Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp, providing various services such as food delivery, financial management, and ride-hailing.

The Lead, Strategy & Operations (GrabMart) will lead solutions for multiple projects within the GrabMart/digital retail space, including campaign designs, promo budgeting, managing rollout of new products, and implementing new business models.

Key responsibilities:

- Produce data-driven insights to identify opportunities for business growth, product development, and operational excellence

- Guide multiple projects end-to-end, collaborating with multiple teams and senior leaders

- Monitor important growth metrics and identify ways to grow by ideating new business models or optimizing existing programs

- Leverage analytics tools to uncover insights and make informed decisions

- Design experiments to validate important hypotheses

Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in strategy planning or Business Intelligence roles, especially within eCommerce

- Ability to define clear goals, create hypotheses, and leverage resources to design and implement creative solutions

- Project management skills, with the ability to coordinate partners throughout the company and levels of seniority

- Comfortable with drawing insights from complex datasets and presenting insights

- Ability to articulate line of thinking, especially to Senior Leaders
