At Bupa, you're part of an organisation that helps people live longer, healthier, happier lives. As a Healthcare Assistant at Everything Skin Limited, you'll support the dermatology team to deliver exceptional patient-centred care.

Your main responsibilities include:

- Supporting patients before, during and after dermatology consultations and procedures

- Preparing treatment rooms, equipment and sterile instruments

- Assisting clinicians with minor surgical procedures, biopsies, laser treatments and wound care

- Applying dressings and providing post-procedure care under clinical direction

- Taking and managing clinical photographs where required

- Maintaining patient dignity, comfort and confidentiality at all times

- Accurately maintaining patient records and clinical documentation

- Supporting clinic operations through appointment coordination, stock management and administrative tasks

- Ensuring compliance with infection prevention, health and safety and clinical governance standards

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- A Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)

- A completed Care Certificate

- Previous experience working as a Healthcare Assistant within a healthcare setting

- Familiarity with basic medical terminology

- Confidence using Microsoft Office and electronic patient record systems

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- A professional, calm and compassionate approach to patient care
