## Job Overview

As a Restaurant and Retail Administrator at Wolt, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless onboarding and management of Merchant Partners. This role involves close collaboration with the in-market team in Finland and focuses on maintaining accurate and up-to-date menu information in Wolt's internal systems.

## Key Responsibilities

- Upload and maintain restaurant menus and related content in Wolt's internal systems.

- Ensure menu information is accurate, complete, and up to date.

- Resolve issues and follow up on missing or unclear details with partners or internal teams.

- Track tasks and progress using Monday.com and other internal tools.

- Learn and confidently work with Wolt's tools, processes, and ways of working.

## Requirements

- Fluency in Finnish and English, both spoken and written.

- Detail-oriented with experience working with structured information and systems.

- Comfortable with administrative tasks and maintaining accuracy and organization.

- Creative problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-moving environment.

- Open-mindedness and enjoyment of collaboration with teammates.

## Nice to Have

- Experience in an administrative, operations, or customer support role.

- Familiarity with content management systems or internal tools.

- Background in gastronomy or the food industry.
