## Description

We're looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to own two high-leverage areas in our publisher business: products for enterprise publishers and monetization infrastructure. You will operate with strategic clarity and technical rigor, driving product strategy, roadmap, and delivery. Your goal will be to improve complex systems, focusing on high-impact areas.

## Responsibilities

### Product Strategy & Roadmap

- Develop and defend a prioritized, outcome-driven roadmap using data and insights.

- Identify opportunities through analysis, partner feedback, and competitive intelligence.

- Define success metrics before starting development.

- Favor fast, validated bets over long development cycles.

### Structured Discovery & Technical Requirements

- Collaborate with enterprise publishers to understand market problems and define product requirements.

- Create clear, implementation-ready PRDs and technical specifications.

- Partner with engineering on architecture and technical trade-offs.

### Execution, Delivery, & Stakeholder Management

- Drive the full product lifecycle from scoping to post-launch analysis.

- Remove blockers, escalate issues with solutions, and prioritize action.

- Build relationships with publishers and stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions.

### Team Development

- Mentor junior PMs on best practices and raise team standards.

- Foster an environment of growth and continuous improvement.

## Requirements

- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products.

- Ecommerce experience with understanding of retail, performance-based models, and merchant/publisher outcomes.

- Technical background in CS, engineering, data science, or equivalent.

- Strong data skills and experience with affiliate/performance monetization.

- Ability to manage enterprise products and mentor other PMs.

## Benefits

- Competitive compensation ($175,000 - $200,000 USD).
