## Description

The Manager of Technical Security Systems Architecture will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge security systems for Anduril's facilities and operations.

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Security, this position requires a highly skilled professional with a strong background in security technology, IT, project management, and system integration.

Key responsibilities include leading the strategic planning and operational management of all physical security hardware and systems, developing and implementing policies and procedures for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security infrastructure, conducting regular system audits and risk assessments, and collaborating with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure a cohesive approach to physical and information security.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to bridge the gap between security requirements and technological solutions, ensuring the highest level of protection for Anduril's assets and personnel.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Security Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, and minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in security systems infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a lead technical or supervisory role focused on design, implementation, and management of complex physical security systems.

Preferred qualifications include experience with cloud-based and on-prem access control and VMS solutions, experience in defense, aerospace, or other secured facilities, knowledge of NISPOM, and proven experience ensuring compliance with government regulations and standards.

US Salary Range: $166,000-$200,000 USD
