## Description

We're on a mission to reinvent the financial system and make it work for people. As a hands-on Manager for one of our core services teams, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the design and development of some of our early-stage, innovative products.

This position will be a hybrid role from our Bengaluru office, with 2 days a week in the office as part of our expanding site. Your responsibilities will include:

- Being a strong partner to the product and other engineering teams, driving improvements in business metrics and building new features.

- Driving the design and implementation of new product areas and features.

- Guiding your team through ambiguity and ensuring technical excellence through rapid experimentation cycles.

- Recruiting other great engineers for your team and supporting recruiting efforts across teams.

- Managing cross-functional relationships with all teams to deliver high-quality products.

We're looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in software engineering and leadership. You should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality output on critical infrastructure projects and be able to work comfortably with a cross-functional team of PMs, Analysts, and mobile and back-end-focused engineers.

Experience in fintech or payments is a plus.
