### Job Overview

As a Planned Maintenance Leader at Diageo's Leven processing site in Scotland, you will play a critical role in leading the maintenance team to ensure outstanding performance across all aspects of the balanced scorecard, including Safety, Quality, Environment, Asset Care, Delivery, Productivity, Cost, and Morale.

### Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional performance across the balanced scorecard, focusing on Safety, Quality, Environment, Asset Care, Delivery, Productivity, Cost, and Morale

- Lead Asset Care planning and prioritization across multiple packaging lines, optimizing maintenance tasks using tools like RCM

- Ensure asset care standards are met and effective processes and procedures are in place

- Coach and support craft and operational teams to improve performance and equipment reliability

- Manage safe execution of maintenance activities by internal teams and external contractors

- Support continuous improvement and situational problem-solving activities

- Collaborate with craft teams and OEMs to drive faster problem-solving and increased plant availability

### Requirements

- Experience as a maintenance leader/manager in a manufacturing environment

- Ability to manage people performance, coach, and develop a multi-disciplined team

- Proactive structured problem evaluation and solving skills, ideally through exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or Manufacturing excellence

- A time-served trade in electrical, mechanical, or instrument control
