## Description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Technology Learning Consultant.

In this role, you will:

- Create and build curriculum, training content, customized labs, assessments, and question banks in various technologies such as programming languages, frameworks, APIs, Cloud, Mobility, DevOps Tooling, Agile, Data, etc.

- Deliver complex training courses for heterogeneous audiences in various topics and technologies.

- Monitor training delivery quality, feedback, and measure success factors to achieve training objectives.

- Evaluate external instructors for delivering training, work with colleagues and stakeholders to finalize instructors, training curriculum, duration, and training infrastructure.

- Provide consulting and advisory guidance on learning initiatives programs and up-skilling efforts to project teams from B/GIs.

- Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal managers, leaders, and external stakeholders.

- Understand changing technology requirements in the organization and fulfill learning needs through new training boot camps.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Continuously scan the technology horizon, identify key technology skills, and upskill in adjacent skills.

- Have a passion for learning and training, understanding, and appreciating learning psychology.

- Be self-motivated and able to work independently.

- Possess working experience in learning assets, platforms, infrastructure, and learning metrics.

- Have strong communication skills, including business writing and addressing large audiences.

- Work closely with Global Technology Academy team members to achieve organizational goals.

- Possess excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly PowerPoint preparation and presentation skills.

Knowledge and skills required:

- Organizational Training function at a high level in a corporate environment and knowledge of training lifecycle.

- Various aspects of classroom training, eLearning, and blended learning.

- Knowledge of logistics and tools required for multiple modes of training.

- Knowledge of learning environment, challenges in planning, scheduling, conducting, and organizing training programs.

- Very good communication skills in English, oral and verbal.

- Very good knowledge in one or more areas of Cloud, API, Microservices, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, AI, ReactJS, Fullstack Development.

Qualifications:

- Graduate with good credentials.

Experience:

- Working experience of at least 10 years in training area or related role.

- Proven experience in coordinating and communicating with multiple stakeholders.
