## Description

GDIT seeks exceptionally qualified Security Support - Physical, Personnel, Special, SAP and Industrial Security Support (PPS&I) Specialists to support USSOCOM.

The role involves assisting, monitoring, and advising on all aspects of security activities, planning and implementing security activities at the Top Secret and higher classification, and ensuring USSOCOM personnel are prepared to operate in non-traditional environments.

Key responsibilities include:

- Processing personnel background investigations for special security clearance actions

- Formulating and ensuring compliance with automated information systems security procedures

- Suggesting, implementing and monitoring compliance with special security policies and procedures

- Conducting and coordinating training for special security representatives

- Performing as a liaison with Government and industrial security officials

Requirements include:

- Minimum of 6 years Physical, Personnel and Special Security experience within DoW or equivalent Government agencies

- Experience in compartmented programs in DoW, U.S. Intelligence Community, or supporting U.S. Contractors

- Current Top-Secret clearance and SCI eligible

- Valid US passport

- Ability to pass all pre-deployment requirements

The likely salary range for this position is $107,744 - $115,000.
