## Description

We are seeking a Cluster Director of Revenue to join our team at Avista Hideaway Phuket Patong – M Gallery Collection, a luxury resort in Phuket.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing room revenue contribution through a thorough understanding of all booking channels and management of inventory and rate therein.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and optimizing hotel pricing strategies, including BAR levels, restrictions, packages, and rate offers

- Monitoring booking pace, market demand, and historical trends to prepare accurate room and revenue forecasts

- Analyzing distribution channels and consumer booking trends to ensure rate integrity and the right offers are delivered to the right customer

- Monitoring competitor pricing, market trends, and yield strategies to identify opportunities and support strategic decisions

- Collaborating with Sales & Marketing and relevant teams on strategic planning, budgeting, and business decisions

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

- Relevant experience in hotel Revenue Management, preferably in an international or multi-property environment

- Strong knowledge of hotel pricing, forecasting, demand management, inventory control, BAR strategies, distribution channels, and revenue optimization

- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret market trends, competitor pricing, booking patterns, and performance data

- Proficient in Revenue Management Systems, PMS, CRS, Channel Manager, and other hotel commercial systems

- Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills

- Good command of written and spoken English

- Supervise daily reception, check-in, check-out, and guest service workflows

- Resolve guest concerns quickly, professionally, and with care

- Train, coach, and schedule front office team members

- Monitor room inventory, occupancy, and yield management to help drive revenue
