## Description

Join the Corporate Advisory team at Deutsche Bank Group for a 6-month internship program focused on mid-market M&A transactions.

The intern will support day-to-day pitching efforts and transaction execution activities, including:

- Providing support in drafting marketing materials, company profiles, market analyses, pitchbooks, etc.

- Creating and running financial models (DCF, LBO, etc.) and other valuation materials.

- Conducting market analysis to run operational benchmarking and prepare related documentation.

- Supporting the team in all relevant duties related to the due diligence phase.

- Joining deal team during client meetings for marketing and execution purposes.

Requirements:

- Excellent academic track-record with international experience.

- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration or similar, or a nearly completed master's in Finance.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian.

- Highly motivated and pro-active team worker.

- Proven ability to leverage on AI tools to enhance productivity.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with a solid finance and accounting background.
