## Description

We are seeking a Process Operator to join our team at Baileys Nangor Road. As a Process Operator, you will play a pivotal role in controlling programs to produce Baileys Irish Cream and its component parts.

The successful candidate will be a member of a team responsible for ensuring that relevant risk management procedures are adhered to. You will supervise and optimise production processes to maximise performance and achieve role objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

- Controlling programs to produce Baileys Irish Cream and its component parts

- Adhering to risk management procedures such as H&S, C&E, DIAGEO Quality Standards, and Environmental considerations

- Supervising and optimising production processes to maximise performance

- Carrying out quality and first-line maintenance activities

- Working effectively as part of a team with craft and QC staff

- Embracing new technology, new products, new practices, and continuous improvement

- Ensuring health and safety compliance and supervising Key Performance Indicators and targets

Requirements and skills:

- Ability to work well within a team and make effective decisions

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience working in a production environment

- Demonstrable knowledge of Quality Assurance, Health and Safety legislation, and environmental risk principles

- Leaving Certificate Standard of education

- An engineering or science qualification would be a significant advantage

- Proven ability to take on new technology

- Experience of operating Process Plants and strong capability on PCs for data manipulation and recording

- Demonstrated problem-solving and RCA skills

- Strong team-working and communication skills
