## Description

Georgia Power, a leading energy provider, is seeking a Distribution Support Specialist to join their dynamic team.

The successful candidate will provide technical support, collaborate with vendors and internal teams, and lead enhancement projects for various applications.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for MAXIMO, GIS, CYME, and other operational applications

- Analyzing application performance metrics, data integrity, and user feedback to identify areas for improvement

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on system enhancements, new releases, and integration projects

- Developing and delivering training sessions and documentation to improve end-user proficiency

- Acting as a subject matter expert for multiple distribution technology platforms

- Staying current with new technology and updates in relevant systems
