## Description

As a Graduate Trainee - Front Office / Guest Experience at Marriott Hotels in Hong Kong, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Processing guest check-ins, confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys

- Handling various payment types, including room charges, cash, checks, debit, and credit

- Managing check-outs, resolving late and disputed charges, and answering guest queries

- Coordinating with Housekeeping to track room readiness and communicating parking procedures to guests

- Providing directions and information about the property and local areas of interest

- Running daily reports, identifying special requests, and ensuring report accuracy

- Completing designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system

- Cashing personal and traveler's checks, counting bank at the beginning and end of shifts, and balancing receipts according to Accounting specifications

You will also be expected to:

- Follow company safety and security policies, reporting accidents and incidents

- Maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhering to company uniform standards

- Develop positive working relationships with colleagues and provide excellent customer service

- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards

The successful candidate will have:

- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

- No prior related work experience required

- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds
