## Description

We're looking for a passionate Healthcare Assistant to join our Theatre department at Fitzwilliam Hospital. You'll be given time to care for each person as a unique individual, and work with colleagues to deliver high-quality clinical outcomes.

Fitzwilliam Hospital is a leading independent hospital in Cambridgeshire, providing services for both private and NHS patients. The hospital is equipped with advanced medical technology, including a state-of-the-art ultra clean air theatre suite.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care

- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Proven customer service skills

- Highly motivated and flexible approach to duties and hours
