## Description

We are seeking a Senior Officer, Client Management to support the delivery of client management activities within the Client Services function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day client servicing, supporting account maintenance, and assisting in renewal and growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with clients and brokers across an assigned portfolio

- Supporting the end-to-end client servicing and renewal process

- Working closely with Account Managers to understand client needs and monitor account status

- Assisting in analysing client data and preparing reports

- Supporting client engagements and responding to service requests

- Participating in client meetings and presentations

- Identifying potential opportunities within existing relationships

- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

- Contributing to process improvement initiatives

- Supporting onboarding and implementation of new clients

- Handling more complex cases or regional accounts under guidance from senior team members

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in insurance, client servicing, or account support

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret data

- Good command of English and Chinese

- A proactive, team-oriented approach with a positive can-do attitude
