## Description

We're looking for an experienced and motivated individual to take on the role of Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering an incredible guest experience, maximizing store profitability, building and developing store staff, and managing and overseeing safety programs.

Key responsibilities include:

* Delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued.
* Maximizing store profitability by planning and executing local marketing initiatives to increase occupancy and revenue.
* Building and developing store staff by recruiting, training, and supervising team members.
* Managing and overseeing safety programs to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
