## Description

You will own CREW's finance operations, ensuring every amount collected, refunded, and paid out is correct, on time, and compliant.

CREW is Swiggy's premium travel concierge, helping busy professionals plan and book trips without stress.

Responsibilities:

- Partner payments: Own payments to hotels, DMCs, airlines, visa partners, and cab vendors.

- Reconciliation: Ensure customer payments, refunds, payment gateway settlements, and partner invoices are matched daily.

- PO/PR and controls: Set up simple controls for the PO/PR process and approval rules.

- Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes: Ensure customer refunds go out on time, and partner refunds and disputes are resolved quickly.

- Tax compliance: Work with Swiggy's tax team to ensure GST, TDS, and TCS are applied, collected, and filed correctly.

- Month-end and audits: Run monthly closing for CREW, review partner payable balances, and support internal and statutory audits.

- Risk: Spot and escalate high-risk items early.

- Business reporting and planning: Build monthly reports on revenue, margin per booking, partner dues, and costs.

- The team: Hire, train, and lead Finance Executives.

- Process and automation: Work with Product and Tech to automate reconciliation and payment tracking.

Qualifications:

- Based in Bangalore, or open to relocating to Bangalore

- CA, or MBA Finance/M.Com with strong hands-on experience

- 5-8 years in finance operations or accounts payable

- 2+ years leading a team

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and TCS

- Hands-on with an ERP and advanced Excel

- Experience working with auditors and setting up financial controls
