We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our SCRA and Specialty Operations domains, focusing on using AI and modern cloud data to automate complex manual work and reshape back-office servicing.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead and grow two product managers owning critical back-office servicing workflows.

- Set and deliver a multi-year roadmap to automate back-office operations using AI and cloud data.

- Own the end-to-end customer and agent experience for regulatory and specialty programs.

- Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure compliance and scalability.

- Replace manual agent tasks with intelligent automation.

- Configure and ship user-centric servicing experiences on existing enterprise platforms.

**Requirements:**

- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing.

- Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.

**Salary Range:** Chicago, IL: $182,500 - $208,300 McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300
