## Description

We are seeking a Governance & Control Senior Manager - VP to support the Chief Risk Officer in implementing and maintaining the bank's risk management framework across various business units and functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Implementing risk management policies, standards, procedures, and controls across the bank

- Promoting risk management awareness and risk controls culture

- Reviewing, challenging, and monitoring the effectiveness of existing risk management practices

- Identifying new and emerging risks and recommending mitigation strategies

- Managing and operating associated committees, forums, and meetings

- Maintaining risk inventories and governance documentation

As a Vice President, you will be expected to:

- Contribute to setting strategy, driving requirements, and making recommendations for change

- Plan resources, budgets, and policies, and manage and maintain policies and processes

- Deliver continuous improvements and escalate breaches of policies and procedures

- Demonstrate leadership and accountability for managing risk and strengthening controls

- Collaborate with other areas of work to provide business-aligned support

The ideal candidate will have:

- Proven experience in a control, assurance, financial crime, risk, or governance environment

- Strong knowledge of Financial Crime, KYC/CDD/EDD, and AML control requirements, tools, and practices

- Exceptional attention to detail and precision, particularly in reviewing assurance outcomes and senior stakeholder reporting

- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and direct team capacity

This role will be based out of Gurugram.
