## Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, Business Support. You will provide business support to Wholesale Distribution teams of the branches and drive the implementation of business development plans and strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Act as key contact point with Banc and Broker Channel to develop and maintain partnerships, ensuring effective communication and facilitating strategy implementation.

- Analyze and track business performance and KPIs of branches and channels, including product mix, frontline productivity, sales targets, and results analysis.

- Track and analyze the effectiveness of business promotion plans and initiatives, including strategic projects like IS execution.

- Conduct activity analysis on business support of BDMs through daily logs.

- Maintain BDM Scorecard dashboard and communicate with frontlines and related departments.

- Prepare board papers and assist CDO in developing and executing business development plans and strategies.

- Plan and organize distribution-related forums, committees, or meetings.

- Coordinate and calibrate business support at branches, addressing local regulator requests.

- Update channel management policies to ensure smooth business operations and compliance.

- Assist line manager in developing and executing business development plans and strategies.

- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree with strong educational background; overseas education experience or finance-related degrees preferred.

- At least two years of work experience in the financial service industry.

- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Proficiency in English.
