## Description

We are seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our team at Princes Street in Cardiff. The successful candidate will be part of a compassionate team committed to the wellbeing of our residents. You will play a key role in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and support the delivery of person-centred support and care

- Ensure that residents' personal needs or requirements are met

- Coach support workers in delivering care and supporting residents to achieve their outcomes

- Maintain effective professional relationships with residents, families, colleagues, and outside agencies

- Role-model the Adult Care Positive Culture Pledge and ensure it is embedded in practice

Requirements:

- NVQ 3 in Health & Social Care or related area (or equivalent)

- Previous experience in a care or supported living role

- Excellent communication and personal interaction skills
