## Description

As a Network Technician/Systems Technician at GDIT, you will provide technical assistance to end users of the United States Postal Service. You will play a crucial role in technical support functions at USPS.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide technical assistance and training to end-users

- Install, modify, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot personal computer hardware and software

- Install, configure, and maintain peripheral equipment

- Diagnose hardware, software, and end-user problems and take remedial actions

- Assist with the implementation of procedural changes

**Requirements:**

- 3+ years of related experience

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited College/University is preferred

- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

- On-site in Topeka, KS
