## Description

We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner Management Trainee to join our team in Shanghai.

**About the Role**

As a Human Resources Business Partner Management Trainee, you will:

- Align HR strategies with business objectives and work closely with various business functions to support organisational growth

- Provide comprehensive and innovative HR solutions to businesses

- Drive organisational change and transformation, including organisation design, job design, and talent planning

- Execute talent management activities, such as succession planning, performance management, and talent development

- Collaborate with other HR teams to implement key HR initiatives

- Manage employee relations and provide guidance on compliance with company policies and laws

- Perform daily HR operations tasks

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science or related field

- Strong understanding of AIA's culture and values

- Excellent English language skills

- Outstanding goal-setting, adaptability, learning ability, resilience, and self-motivation

- Willingness to rotate across departments and locations
