## Description

As a Rooms Division Attendant with Princess Cruises, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction for our guests.

Your primary responsibility will be to exceed Rooms Division targets, reduce friction points, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will utilize Princess MedallionClass products, services, and applications to maximize the guest and teammate experience.

You will maintain the company's standard of housekeeping, sanitation, and maintenance in accordance with HESS protocols. This includes preparing and maintaining a clean, sanitized, and welcoming public area, anticipating guest needs and reporting maintenance issues.

You will also be responsible for setting up locations for activities, official inspections, and special events, and for responsibly using consumable items, linen, and cleaning chemicals, avoiding unnecessary waste.

In addition, you will be knowledgeable about product, policy, demographic, itinerary, and port information, and will embrace an inclusive and diverse culture, instilling Shared Purpose, Core Values, and CRUISE service essentials.

You will share best practices and efficiencies with the Rooms Division leadership team and colleagues, and will follow appropriate procedures for handling garbage, bio-hazardous, and sharps waste, and collaborate with those in charge to create a safe environment.

You will also maintain current knowledge of public health standards and ensure continuous compliance with hotel-related policies, and will promptly coordinate onboard resources to respond to outbreak situations requiring increased sanitation levels.

We are looking for individuals with a minimum of one year of experience in housekeeping from luxury hotels or resorts, who are able to comprehend public health and environmental requirements pertaining to crew public areas.

You will need to be able to communicate effectively in English, understand the foundation of guest service, and be motivated to excel in all aspects of job duties and responsibilities.

As a Rooms Division Attendant, you will be a personable communicator with outstanding social skills and a warm, friendly, and caring personality, and will be committed to establishing and maintaining courteous and professional working relationships in a diverse cultural environment.

This position involves regular physical activity, including standing for extended periods and lifting or moving heavy items in line with operational requirements.
