## Description

As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for successfully delivering small to medium-sized technical projects across the entire factory. You will be accountable for the project's success from initiation to realization, following our own project management methodology. You will work in Kruiningen and be part of the Technical Services team, reporting to the TS Manager. This is a full-time role, working in day shift.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Realizing multidisciplinary technical projects according to our project management methodology

- Supporting the Corporate Engineering department in the execution of large-scale projects

- Understanding processes and systems, and converting customer wishes into concrete proposals

- Effectively engaging internal and external parties in collaboration

- Working closely with production, Corporate Technical Services, and subcontractors

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A solid technical education at least at HBO level

- Experience in a similar role

- The ability to motivate people and work effectively with others

- Good verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English

- Creativity, independence, and self-motivation
