## Description

As a Market Street Manager at Morrisons, you will lead the Market Street craft teams with pride, reporting directly to the Store Manager. You will ensure the counters are fully stocked, foodmaker credentials shine, and shoppers get the best service.

Responsibilities:

- Put customers first: inspire your team to deliver outstanding service, listen to customer feedback, and keep Market Street vibrant and well-stocked.

- Lead and develop your team: take ownership of shift scheduling, training, and talent conversations to give colleagues confidence to succeed and grow.

- Build a supportive culture: work with other Managers to lead an encouraging, performance-driven department.

- Keep operations running smoothly: plan resources, manage department budgets, and build strong relationships with other operating teams.
