## Description

This role provides support to the Classic Parts, Classic Partner, and Classic brand businesses. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the day-to-day execution of the Vehicle Documentation program

- Facilitating Classic Partner reporting and managing KPIs for the parts business

- Developing new and current Classic Partners, including management of the Partner Part Display program

- Liaising with counterparts at the global headquarters in Germany

- Coordinating print, shipping, and vendors for Vehicle Documentation products

- Researching vehicle information requests through internal and external sources

- Generating and analyzing interim reporting for parts sales and other business management requests

- Conducting and distributing necessary reporting for all Partner program aspects

- Supporting Department's Monthly KPI submission

- Analyzing inventory data to achieve optimal inventory and sales opportunities

- Researching and developing strategic merchandising plans and objectives for Porsche Classic

- Conducting Field and Dealer Training as required

- Coordinating development and publication of catalogs and other collateral materials

- Supporting the development and management of the Porsche Classic's presence in the Porsche One Shop

- Engaging with Porsche Center enquiries related to Porsche Classic Partner Centers and owners

- Interacting with Porsche Classic Global to maximize utilization of global sharing of curriculum and best practices

- Acting as liaison with Porsche Classic Global Sales & Marketing

- Ensuring proper retention of electronic documents and safeguarding competitive information

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or Technical Automotive School degree

- Strong Porsche Model knowledge

- Porsche Parts Experience preferred

- Multi-tasking capability and ability to work in a multi-functional team

- Advanced experience with standard MS Office applications

- Strong strategic and analytical skills

- Excellent Automotive Parts and processes knowledge

- Dealership parts business knowledge preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- German language skills preferred

- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and work independently

- Ability to travel domestically for up to 1 week at a time
