## Description

The Integral Health Assistant will support primary healthcare and reproductive health activities with partners in Venezuela. The successful candidate will implement clinical activities, ensure high-quality health services, and coordinate with service providers.

**Main Responsibilities:**

- Implement clinical activities and ensure high-quality health services in health centres

- Coordinate with service providers to ensure access to medicines and diagnostic services

- Develop strategies to promote hygiene, health education, and patient counselling

- Ensure patient confidentiality and dignity during consultations

- Support data collection, monitoring, and evaluation of programme activities

- Collaborate with the health coordination team to achieve programme goals

**Requirements:**

- Professional qualification in health sciences, duly registered and certified

- At least 1 year of experience in managing health establishments or humanitarian health projects

- Experience in primary care, reproductive health, emergency settings, and promoting maternal nutrition

- Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience in training and capacity-building for internal and external personnel

- Ability to work in a team, flexible, and able to handle pressure

- Knowledge of Spanish
