## Description

We are seeking a Customer Consultant to join our team at Postbank Filialvertrieb AG in Cloppenburg.

As a Customer Consultant, you will provide demand-oriented advice on our comprehensive range of financial products and build sustainable customer relationships through personal conversations and telephone contact.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing independent advice on financial products to customers

- Building and maintaining customer relationships

- Taking responsibility for customer care in your branch

- Working closely and trustfully with your branch team

- Organising your workday independently and being a competent contact person for customers on financial matters

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Sales talent with a passion for working with people from diverse backgrounds

- A successful commercial education, ideally as a bank clerk, or several years of professional experience, preferably in customer consulting or sales

- High service competence and resilience in everyday work, as well as openness to rapidly changing conditions

- A strong interest in financial topics and economic connections
