## Description

As the ultimate ambassador of Charlotte Tilbury, you will lead your team and guide them towards the unique vision of Tilbury. You will be a dynamic and inspiring Business Manager who coaches the team to develop their skills and achieve sales and operational goals. You will be responsible for recruiting and training top talent for expert craftsmanship and endless Tilbury theatre. You will be flexible, able to communicate effectively, and able to guide and support the team. You will be proud to create magical customer experiences and stimulate them by building genuine emotional connections. You will see no limits to possibilities; you will dare to dream and do it.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing weekly and monthly productivity reports for the Field Sales Manager.

- Encouraging sales success by motivating the team to meet daily and monthly KPI targets.

- Leading a top team through daily meetings, 1-on-1 performance reviews, Tilbury theatre events, and general line management.

- Creating and managing monthly rosters, budgets, and payroll forecasts (responding to trading conditions).

- Maintaining relationships with guest store partners and senior stakeholders; ensuring brand policy and procedures are followed.

- Managing stock levels through sales, audits, and inventory analysis, providing proactive advice to the Field Sales Manager.

- Planning personnel; continuous talent management and succession planning of the team.

- Acting with integrity in complex HR matters, following the HR policy and procedures, and seeking advice and guidance when necessary.

- Claiming ownership of the entire recruitment process in your store, proactively seeking exceptional talent, and providing all applicants with a magical experience.

- Determining the training needs of the team in collaboration with the Field Training Manager and providing feedback on areas for improvement.

- Stimulating and building business KPI performances to achieve leading results and remain number one, including growth.

- Ensuring the best customer experience is delivered by embedding the methodology of magical service and building brand awareness by creating lasting emotional connections with customers.

- Claiming ownership of your store statistics and determining the steps needed to manage future risks and opportunities.

- Thinking limitlessly with your annual plan, taking into account new product launches and the consequences for activity/market from the previous year.

- Demonstrating a clear understanding of entrepreneurship by proposing plans, events, and other activities to achieve commercial successes.

- Complying with health and safety guidelines at the workplace.

- Displaying perfect standards for external appearance and inspiring your team to be the best version of themselves and feel it.
