## Description

We are seeking an IT Specialist (Production IT) to join our team. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for the technological development and operation of IT solutions in the production environment using AWS, Kubernetes, and SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM).

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Close collaboration with plant operators, process engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and specify new features and solutions.

- Responsibility for the technological development and operation of IT solutions in the production environment.

- Deep understanding of end-to-end production processes to provide efficient and targeted IT-supported solutions.

- Analysis of the entire end-to-end production process to identify optimization potential and comprehensive solutions.

- Management and prioritization of the product backlog under consideration of business requirements, technical feasibility, and user needs.

- Close cooperation with development teams and IT architects to design, implement, and continuously improve solutions.

- Ensuring the integration of IT solutions into existing shop floor systems and control technology.

- Accompanying rollouts, tests, and acceptance of new functionalities in the production environment.

- Identification and implementation of optimization measures to increase efficiency and reduce costs in the IT-supported production process.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Automation Technology, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.

- Several years of professional experience in shop floor IT, production IT, or industrial automation technology.

- Experience in integrating IT systems into production and control technology (OT environments).

- Understanding of MES, SCADA, or ERP systems in industrial environments.

- Experience with agile methods (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and modern software development processes.

- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a structured working style.
