## Description

We have two Estate Services Caretaker positions available based in Deptford, offering a salary of GBP 28,148 per year.

As a hands-on, people-focused Estate Services Caretaker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our estates. Your day-to-day tasks will involve:

- Conducting lighting checks and replacing bulbs as needed

- Cleaning communal areas

- Collaborating with your team and residents to ensure smooth operations

- Being a visible, approachable presence on-site five days a week

To excel in this role, you will need:

- A full, clean UK manual driving licence

- Experience in caretaking or cleaning

- Familiarity with powered equipment

- Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others
