## Description

Leidos is seeking a Vice President to lead its Government Solutions Division, which operates at the intersection of critical government work with HHS and VA. The successful candidate will have a background in managing diverse programs across multiple agencies and industries.

The Vice President will be responsible for:

- Developing and executing the division's strategy

- Driving growth through partnerships with Business Development

- Collaborating with other Leidos divisions to strengthen current contracts and enter new markets

- Managing the division's profit and loss statement

- Coaching division managers and developing future leaders

- Fostering a culture of high retention, performance, and integrity

The ideal candidate will have:

- 15+ years of experience managing significant federal program portfolios

- A degree in hand or equivalent experience

- Experience with multiple contract types, including CPFF, FFP, FPLOE, and T&M

- A proven track record of growing a business over multiple years

- Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred qualifications include:

- Existing relationships with the division's federal customer base

- Experience breaking into new accounts through capture strategy

- Knowledge of program/project management maturity frameworks like CMMI and ITIL

- A Master's degree in business or a related technical/scientific field
