## Description

We are seeking a Financial Business Partner to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial stewardship of the business through cross-functional decisions, preparation, presentation, and influence of valuable analytical insights.

**Responsibilities:**

### Areas that play to your strengths

- Guarantees full compliance with the Group Controlling guideline.

- Designs and sets up SAP and BI systems to mirror sales organisation responsibilities.

- Measures and reviews the cost-benefit ratio of proposed Off/On Premise activities.

- Ensures timely distribution of financial information to budget holders.

- Promotes efficiency in Controlling to minimise time spent on report generation.

- Supports the establishment of a true bottom-up planning process.

- Contributes to high forecasting accuracy of BP/RE and long-term forecasts.

- Builds a solid relationship with budget holders based on mutual respect and trust.

- Acts as a key financial counterpart for Off/On Premise teams.

### Month End / Year End Closing:

- Maintains customer hierarchy in BI.

- Coordinates monthly JAT and Trade Marketing accruals.

- Analyses and explains variance of actuals vs Business Plan/Revised Estimate data.

- Prepares actuals report and shares it with key budget owners.

### Planning & Forecasting:

- Coordinates Business Plan/Revised Estimate/Latest Estimate data with budget owners.

- Supports and challenges budget owners during the planning process.

- Prepares year-to-go best estimates and forecasts based on the S&OP process.

### Reporting & Analysis:

- Prepares customer profitability report vs. RE/BP.

- Prepares monthly accrual reconciliation and commentary.

- Contributes to the inputs and insights of the promotional evaluation tool (PET) quarterly.

### Business Partnership:

- Acts as a contact and business partner for key stakeholders.

- Works closely with Key Account Managers to prepare and assess joint business plans.

- Regularly reviews short-term promotional trade spends and understands delivery of customer profit and ROI.

**Requirements:**

- BComm or equivalent degree.

- IT literate with excellent MS Excel knowledge and proficient MS PowerPoint knowledge.

- Strong familiarity with integrated business analysis tools (SAP BI, Hyperion, etc.).

- In-depth understanding of promotional mechanics and related financial impact.

- Highly analytical, financially literate, and commercially savvy.
