## Description

As part of Ford's Human Resources team, you'll help attract, hire, and retain top talent to achieve the company's vision.

The Senior Specialist, Learning and Development designs, develops, coordinates, and evaluates learning solutions to support employee and business performance.

## Responsibilities

- Demonstrate expertise in Learning and Development subjects such as needs analysis, curriculum development, and training delivery.

- Provide advisory and consultation services on employee training needs.

- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models to design and develop learning experiences.

- Create and maintain learning materials, including participant guides, job aids, and digital learning content.

- Use content-authoring tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, Canva, and Camtasia to develop engaging learning solutions.

- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure learning projects are completed on schedule.

- Design and conduct program evaluations to measure learner engagement, knowledge gains, and program effectiveness.

- Communicate proactively with stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and team members.

- Support the continuous improvement of the learning management system (LMS).

## Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of work experience with a Master's degree or 8 years with a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Learning and Development.

- Experience with authoring tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, Canva, or Camtasia.

- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.

- Project planning and management skills.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Experience using a learning management system (LMS).
