## Description

We are seeking a Veri Giriş Elemanı (Data Entry Clerk) to join our Call Center operations in Maslak, Istanbul.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain the accuracy and up-to-dateness of our database records

- Conduct source research and perform computer entries

- Ensure data quality and accuracy

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service

- Transfer paper-based information to electronic media

Requirements:

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree

- At least 1 year of call center experience

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills

- Solution-focused approach

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)

- Fast typing skills

- Ability to work effectively with international teams and customers

- Team player with strong communication skills

- Completed military service for male candidates
