## Description

We're looking for Sales Consultants to join our growing Probate Sales team at Co-op Legal Services. As a Sales Consultant, you'll have thoughtful, respectful conversations with clients by phone and video, understand their circumstances, and explain probate and estate administration services in clear, simple terms.

The role involves helping clients decide whether our services are right for them, managing your work using modern digital systems, and working towards agreed KPIs, supported by a close-knit remote team.

You'll need experience in consultative sales or a customer-focused role, the ability to discuss sensitive topics with empathy and care, a willingness to learn and develop new skills, and motivation driven by doing a good job and caring for our clients.

The role is remote, full-time, with a start date of 11th January 2027. You'll work Monday to Friday, including 1 in 4 Saturdays (4 hours). The salary range is £29,000 to £34,000 base salary, with average earnings of £47,000 (uncapped bonus).
