## Description

We are seeking a 6-month internship in our Real Estate Finance department, specifically within our team focused on real estate financing, from July to December 2025.

The team primarily acts on behalf of investors, sponsors, banks, and financial institutions in structuring, documenting, and negotiating complex financing transactions, including asset-based financing (mainly real estate), corporate financing (mainly for property companies), and project financing.

As part of this internship, you will assist our Real Estate Finance team in all aspects of deal execution, including conducting legal research, participating in drafting and reviewing documents, and negotiating with clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of contract law, security law, and banking and financial law, and be studying for or have completed a postgraduate degree in law.

Fluency in English is essential.
