## Description

We are seeking a Physiotherapist to join our team at The Kings Park Hospital in Stirling, part of Circle Health Group. This bank role involves working on an 'as and when required' basis to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Assessing, diagnosing, and managing patients with various musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, orthopaedic, or post-surgical conditions

- Formulating individualised treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals

- Using a range of therapeutic techniques, exercise programmes, manual therapy, and patient education to promote recovery and prevent further injury or deterioration

- Collaborating closely with consultants, nurses, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care

- Participating in multidisciplinary meetings, ward rounds, and discharge planning as appropriate

- Referring patients to other services where required

- Managing your own caseload efficiently, working flexibly across inpatient and/or outpatient settings as required

To be considered for this role, applicants should meet the following criteria:

- BSc (Hons) or MSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent qualification)

- HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist

- Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP)

- Strong understanding of clinical reasoning, assessment techniques, and evidence-based practice

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team

- Time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload

Circle Health Group offers a competitive hourly rate of up to £18.50 per hour, depending on level of experience, training, and qualification.
