## Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Analyst II to support complex accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, regulatory reporting, process improvements, and financial systems initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and expense allocations.

- Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.

- Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations and control procedures.

- Support IFRS and MFRS reporting activities.

- Prepare internal and regulatory reports and filings.

- Analyze accounting impacts of system changes and process enhancements.

- Develop business requirements and support SAP enhancement initiatives.

- Participate in system testing and validation activities.

- Develop balancing routines and exception reporting processes.

- Support internal and external audit requests.

- Lead special projects and ad-hoc initiatives independently.

- Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- 4-6 years of accounting experience.

- Strong experience with financial reporting, journal entries, accruals, month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, internal controls, and audit support.

- Advanced English communication skills.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to independently manage projects and priorities.
