## Description

We are seeking a Procurement Senior Analyst to join our team in 3M's Global Service Center.

As a Procurement Service Center - Level 1 Support, you will be responsible for reviewing and triaging case details, assessing categories and urgencies, investigating issues, and providing timely resolution, fulfillment, or responses to questions, requests, and inquiries.

Key responsibilities include:

- Acting as the subject matter expert for Purchase Order inquiries and process into the Procurement Service Center to drive process excellence across the organization.

- Strongly contributing to the strategic pillars of the Service Center.

- Understanding of business processes, business data, and how to turn data into useful and actionable information to the success of this role.

- Supporting action plans for Procurement Teams.

- Identifying problems, mapping processes, analyzing data, and providing solutions to address root cause(s).

- Maintaining connection with Procurement Service Center Teams Back Office and Service Management.

- Identifying process gaps/improvements and advising standard procedure changes to Global Procurement Service Center Team.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree from a university or college.

- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements that stretch beyond direct area of responsibility.

- 2+ years of experience working in similar roles.

- Customer service experience.

- Demonstrated detailed orientation and working with operational processes.

- Extensive working experience on Procurement Direct and Indirect process.

Soft skills:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills striving for win-win.

- Detail-oriented, self-directed, and having strong independent problem-solving skills.

- Proactive attitude and analytical skills.

- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.

Technical skills:

- ERP knowledge (SAP, PS, Oracle, and other Legacy System) is a must.

- Advanced/Fluent English level.

- Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills.
