## Description

We are seeking a Red Bull Musketeer to embody the Red Bull way of life, building genuine relationships with bars, restaurants, and events to promote the brand.

Responsibilities:

- Live the Red Bull On Premise culture and values, exemplifying passion, professionalism, focus, and responsibility.

- Manage a territory, securing and developing partnerships with key accounts, and implementing consumer concepts and activations.

- Communicate effectively with customers, sharing On Premise know-how and Red Bull culture.

- Analyze the territory to identify distribution opportunities and work with the local sales team.

- Perform outlet staff training to ensure brand understanding and consistent execution.

- Track and manage outlets using field CRM, fulfill reports accurately, and monitor competitor activities.

Requirements:

- 3 years of sales experience in the local On Premise market.

- Solid knowledge of distribution, account management, and the On Premise industry.

- Entrepreneurial and ambitious, with outstanding communication skills.

- Commercially minded, with selling, negotiation, and objection handling skills.

- Disciplined, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

- Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time within the territory.
