## Description

Join Hang Seng Bank Limited as a Product Development Manager, Discretionary and Alternatives, and play a key role in driving end-to-end product execution, onboarding, and governance.

As part of the Investments and Wealth Solutions team, you will support the Senior Product Development Manager to deliver revenue growth for channels by driving product execution, onboarding, and governance, ensuring robust due diligence, strong controls, and positive customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the Senior Product Development Manager to deliver revenue growth for channels

- Driving day-to-day delivery of discretionary & alternatives product solutions

- Coordinating end-to-end onboarding of discretionary solutions/alternative funds across distribution channels

- Supporting the proposition and ensuring appropriate due diligence, governance, and timely escalation of issues and risks

- Monitoring discretionary solutions/alternative funds and preparing periodic review packs and management information

Requirements:

- Proven experience coordinating product launches or onboarding across multiple channels

- Product governance, due diligence & control mindset

- Working knowledge of product due diligence and governance processes

- Strong project coordination & stakeholder management

- Ability to drive day-to-day delivery with multiple stakeholders

- Experience producing monitoring packs as management information

- Capability to prepare and coordinate go-to-market essentials

- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or other relevant qualifications such as CFA, CFP or CFMP
