We are seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Manager to join our Outside Sales team at AA Service Company, a leading heating and cooling service provider based in Northbrook, Illinois.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives

- Leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a salary of USD 120,000-280,000 per year.
