## Description

We are seeking a Senior Developer - QIS Technology to join our team. As a Senior Developer, you will play a critical role in delivering client servicing solutions that meet growing client expectations and support future business growth. You will be part of a global team that drives the implementation of scalable, best-in-class solutions for providing digital access and reporting insights to our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage engineering teams, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions

- Oversee timelines, team allocation, risk management, and task prioritization to ensure the successful delivery of solutions within scope, time, and budget

- Mentor and support team members' professional growth, conduct performance reviews, provide actionable feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement

- Evaluate and enhance engineering processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency, streamline workflows, and optimize team productivity

- Collaborate with business partners, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Requirements:

- Knowledge in designing and developing enterprise solutions using Java

- Experience with Python and able to leverage it to create fit-for-purpose solutions

- Experience with reporting solutions like Power BI and creating user-friendly reporting solutions using structured and unstructured data

- Experience in working with Quantitative Strategies or Indices and relevant product knowledge related to Equity and/or Commodity derivatives

- Ability in working with database and data stores – Oracle, SQL Server

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow or Dagster

- Validated ability to oversee and develop high-performing teams of 4–8 professionals

- Experience working in a Front Office environment, partnering closely with Trading and Structuring teams

- Experience with Docker, Cloud technologies, and Kubernetes

- Knowledge of KDB

Salary: $170,000 - $230,000 per year
