## Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the workflow of the Harvey maintenance team on the 2nd shift. You will be responsible for ensuring the plant and equipment operate in a state that delivers the planned production capacity while maintaining the required product quality.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the workflow of the maintenance team

- Ensure all maintenance activities are safely and appropriately carried out

- Provide communication, coordination, and cooperation with operations and other departments to achieve plant daily targets, monthly KPI's, and business objectives

- Oversee Work Management processes and Materials Management processes

- Monitor work progress against the plan and schedule and make adjustments as needed

- Provide leadership to the maintenance team

- Engage in continuous improvement of business processes

- Interact with other departments to ensure proper functioning of all systems in the plant

- Comply with environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures

- Provide mechanic scheduling, timecard review, and issue resolution

Qualifications:

- 3 years of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing setting

- 3 years of experience with mechanical process equipment, PLC, electrical components, pneumatics, and hydraulics

- Experience reading drawings and schematics

- Creativity and problem-solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines

- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Experience with CMMS system
